'In my humble opinion, Soke isn't teaching us how to fight, he is teaching us how to live! He just happens to be doing that through the medium of martial arts/"fighting". Don't lose sight of the big picture by getting bogged down by the medium. While we should all strive to be the best that we can, "fighting" is only one facet of living and surviving, not living itself!'

"Meiner bescheidenen Meinung nach lehrt uns Soke nicht, wie man kämpft, sondern wie man lebt! Er tut dies lediglich mithilfe der Kampfkunst bzw. des „Kämpfens“. Verliert nicht den Blick für das große Ganze, indem ihr euch zu sehr auf das Mittel verlegt. Auch wenn wir alle danach streben sollten, unser Bestes zu geben, ist das „Kämpfen“ doch nur ein Aspekt des Lebens und des Überlebens, nicht das Leben selbst!"
